Out of all the bay area malls, Southland and perhaps Bayfair mall in San Leandro are the most ghetto ass malls around. the quality of people makes you think you live in east LA or compton. If you want a really nice family centric shopping experience..go to Valley Fair/Santana Row in San Jose or Stanford Mall in Palo Alto..at least there you will not get shot or kidnapped.
